The Spot

Close to Folly and downtown Charleston in an established and charming waterfront neighborhood. Very safe with two parks, one being a Civil war battle site, all surrounded by majestic live oaks, salt water marshes, creeks and rivers. There is wonderful bird watching as well as great fishing and crabbing. Surf is up at Folly Beach just down the road and downtown Charleston is a ten minute drive. The bed pictured is a queen size and the sofa pulls out into a full size bed.

Our newly renovated condo is the best location for those wanting to explore all that Charleston has to offer. There are two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and dinnerware. There is a spacious porch for you to enjoy a meal and the warm breeze. This is the perfect beach getaway.

This property is a midterm rental intended for traveling nurses, medical professionals, academics, etc. We are a small family with a dog and two young kids. The studio is in a safe, charming, and quiet location 10 minutes from downtown, MUSC, and CofC. You will have access to our outdoor living space and dining area, as well as a parking spot in our driveway. The studio is fully furnished with a small refrigerator, microwave, hot plate, and cookware.

Completely renovated but retaining its original structural footprint, this 1950s two-bedroom, two-bathroom bungalow has all the comforts you expect for a beach vacation plus fantastic personal touches. There’s a queen-sized leather sleeper sofa and a twin-size-plus daybed in the main living area. Dog friendly with a one-time fee of $125 per dog.
