During the renovation, we paid attention to details that emphasise the Istrian stone construction. The house is situated in the countryside in a small village on a hill near Koper and is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. Extremly relaxing destination. We are located in the top of the hill in a very quiet place, surrounded with pure nature. You can enjoy observing sun rises and sun sets, together with delicious local food & wine... and simply relax. Or, you can choose more active stay while exploring neighborhood walking on food paths all arround, cycling or running. Your stay will be very calm as your holidays should be. Also, our stay is just 15 min drive to Coast and city centres.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation. The apartment is next to the panoramic route at an end street, where there is very little traffic but still very easily accessible. It is very suitable for families and couples who want to stay a little away from the hustle and bustle of the city, be active in sports as well as enjoy the view of the hills and the sea. It is ideal for those who want to spend time with family members and pets.

This place's real value does not lie indors, but outdoors. It has a spacious terrace, a garden with fruit trees and open access to the meadows and forest. Tourist tax (2,5 €/person/night) is included in price! It is comfortable for 2 adults. For 3 it is a little crowded. If you have someone along who would like to camp in the garden, feel free to do so. Just make sure to note this in reservation. Warm welcome!

Private parking place in shade in front of the house, which is rare for Piran' s area. The view is breath-taking! Quite and green neighbourhood. Perfect stay for families.
