Es ist komplett ausgestattet und hat ein Wohnzimmer mit Küche und Esszimmer, 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer (Dusche, WC) und ein weiteres separates WC. Die Wohnung ist ideal für 6 und 2 weitere Personen können auf Sofabett schlafen. Schlafzimmer haben Balkons, das Wohnzimmer eine große Terrasse mit Tisch, Sitzecke und Blick auf das Meer. Im Garten stehen den Gästen ein Gasgrill, ein Whirlpool, eine Tischtennisplatte, Darts usw. zur Verfügung.

Das Haus ist umgeben von Bäumen und mit Terrassen Wohnungen bieten einen freien Blick auf das Meer. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt, noch ist in der Wohnung zu rauchen. Die Wohnung ist neu gebaut und ist komplett ausgestattet und eingerichtet. Es ist möglich, für Menschen mit Behinderungen zuzugreifen.

Our house is located in Čižići, approximately 50 meters from the beach. The property boasts a quiet and secluded location with shaded on-site parking. The apartment has a private entryway/balcony, and a big terrace with the beautiful sea and garden views. Inside is one bedroom with a queen-sized bed , bathroom with shower, kitchen/dining room, and living room with a pull-out sofa. In the back of the house we have common dining and BBQ area and outside shower to enjoy.

In the perfect location, just a few stairs away from the beach, 30min bike ride(bikes included) or an even quicker car ride from center of Crikvenica. This house is animal friendly and they are allowed with extra fee. Enjoy private atmosphere few stairs from sea and short drive from city noise.

Villa Jelena is an indigenous coastal house, completely isolated on a property of 20,000 m2. It is one of the few villas that stretches to the sea. 150 meters from the property there is the beautiful bay of Dumbocca with crystal clear sea and white pebbles.The natural environment with 200 olive trees provides guests with a pleasant and intimate atmosphere. Until 01. 06. and from 01. 10 pool heating is charged 100 euros per week.

It includes two apartments on the 1st floor, classic style. It also has a large communal space on the ground floor with a fireplace, and a beautiful courtyard, an oasis of serenity and relaxation.
