Fully loaded home in the Arlington part of Jacksonville is 18 miles from the JAX Airport, 8 minutes from Downtown, TIAA Stadium (Jaguar Stadium) and the VyStar Arena. 11 miles from Atlantic Beach, 14 miles from Mayo Clinic, I-295, UNF & JU are also a short drive away. Enjoy a stylish experience at this beautiful home that is 16 minutes from the beach, 15 mins from Mayo Clinic and downtown. This home has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, porch, and swimming pool. The living room has a couch that unfolds to a bed. The pool has a screen room around it to keep all the bugs out. There is a smart tv in each bedroom and living room. The house also includes high speed internet and a fence around the backyard. You can enjoy a nice cookout in the backyard.

Parking for 1 vehicle only Studio apt. attached to our house but privately separated. Centrally located in Jacksonville, only a ten minutes to the beaches, 12 minutes to mayo clinic. Unit has all you need for a week long stay or just one night. Full Kitchen and laundry. Decorative Lighted patio available for all guests. Comfortable Queen sized bed easily sleeps 2, crib available on request for infants younger than 2. Hosts are friendly and answer communications immediately. Thank you.

Keeping it simple & serene in our family-friendly neighborhood space. This updated home is located about halfway between the beaches and Downtown Jacksonville. Everbank Field, Saint Johns Town Center, the Cruise Port, UNF, and JU are all within a 15 minute drive. Inside the house you will find a bright, cozy yet spacious home to work, relax, read, rest and play (board games are in hall closet). Large flat-screen TV and internet included. A walk around the block is a pleasant 1 mile.

Our treehouse is located on 1 of the many islands located within the Timucuan Ecological Preserve and has been branded as the North Florida Keys(it is accessible by car). The Hideaway was just recently remodeled with modern taste and simple design to ensure that our guests feel comfortable in every aspect of their stay. The space has 1 bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and living room. The house also sits on a large lot so our guests can bring their boats or pwc’s to enjoy the local waters.
