Located next to the beautiful Rogue River, minutes from interstate 5, between Medford and Grants Pass. The Carley Cabin is your place to create memories of a lifetime, whether you are fishing(one of the best fishing holes), rafting, wine tasting (local wineries galore), going to Britt or Shakespeare, exploring Crater Lake or historic Jacksonville, taking a Hellgate Jet Boat excursion or just a getaway. Come barbeque and relax on the patio or take a walk down to the river and enjoy the fire pit.

Sunnybrook Guest Cabin

Visit Sunnybrook, our working ranch. The cabin features a queen sized bed as well as a twin bed in the loft. A cot and crib are available upon request. There is a full kitchen and comfortable bathroom. Wifi is available along with a Smart TV. Enjoy miles of trails on the property with access to hundreds more miles of BLM trails from the property. Bring horses, ATV’s and your hiking shoes. Take a swim or just relax by the creek. Apple, pear, plum and blackberry picking is available seasonally.

Luxury Creekside cabin

Spread out in 1500 sq. ft. of rustic charm! Located in the original barn on our property, this converted duplex features a fully stocked kitchen, full bathroom, and two private bedrooms. One bedroom offers a queen bed and cozy reading chair; the other includes a queen bed and twin bunk beds. The Kids’ Loft & Game Room has two twin beds and a spacious common area with soaring 20’ ceilings—perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. Dog-friendly but do not allow cats due to allergies

The Get Away

Located in the beautiful Cascade Mountains is your "Get Away". The cabin is in the small town of Prospect. Just 40 min. to Crater Lake the cabin is complete with Central Heat/Air. Wood stove in Living Room (1 bun provided). The 900 sq. ft. cabin has 2 Bedrooms with Brand New Queen beds. Kitchen is fully stocked , New full size appliances. The Cabin sits back off the road with large front yard and has Horseshoe Pit & BBQ area with Picnic Table. Great for kids. Circular Driveway easy in & out.

Roadside Treehouse

A treehouse that is located just two miles away from I-5 on exit 24. It’s by the roadside so expect cars passing by. Studio type. We only have WiFi extender from our barn so sometimes you can’t get a signal from the treehouse. We’re out in the countryside so there’s no street lights. It’s very dark at night. So if you come after dark please let me know ahead of time so I can tell how to get here specially if you come from I-5 south. The GPS will tell you to turn on our neighbor’s driveway.

We have kept the connection with nature and combined it with handmade simplicity and country warmth. The home is surrounded by majestic Douglas Fir, Incense Cedar and Ponderosa Pine. Most of these trees can be considered “old growth”. Many of them are 150+ years old.
