The River Retreat

Our Retreat guest house is totally separate & private from our home, though on the same property.We are 35 min to Nashville.Our amazing 1000 sq ft deck (mostly covered) w/ceiling fans overlooks the river -which our yard backs up to.On the deck is a fireplace, child’s swings & sandbox.Our suite is furnished w/a queen size bed, a window seat, a kitchenette, & a small eating area.There is a cozy 2nd bdrm w/a queen size bed, small closet & chair.We also have a 120" screen for amazing movie watching.

It is private for the cottage guests only. We are 7 miles from downtown Nashville.

Our home is nestled on 2 acres in the Cedar Glade Natural area beside Percy Priest Lake, just 8 miles from the airport. Enjoy all downtown Nashville has to offer (13 miles away) then come home, sit back relax in the serene setting on the patio, gazebo or inside our cozy suite.

The 3 acre property is situated in a private deep water cove on Old Hickory Lake and has a large Saltwater Pool 50'x20' with shallow end 1' for 1st 10' , gazebo, Hot tub & gym access! Fully equipped kitchen, 100% cotton sheets + mattress/pillow protectors. **Open to Elopements 👰‍♀️🤵💍***

Smyrna house on Acre + Pool + BBQ

Welcome to Casa Paraiso Smyrna! Enjoy the magnificent mix of our love for the outdoors and rustic style with modern accents. We are located 30 minutes south of Nashville, in Smyrna and 30 minutes from BNA Airport. Siting on 1 acre, this property has a lot of space to host a group of friends and families. The back yard is the staple of the house where you can enjoy the pool and relax. We will start monthly rentals in October 2024 (Calendar currently blocked, DM me if interested)

With careful attention to detail, the treehouse decor and design is meticulously curated to create an atmosphere of rest and beauty. This space is ideal for a couple, but can sleep four (twin beds in the loft). Parties are not permitted on the premises.
