It is adjacent to the Ethnography Museum, Children's Toy Museum, Agora Ancient City, Historical Kemeraltı Bazaar and Clock Tower. All public transport and the beach are within 5 min walking distance. It is within the boundaries of restoration. For this reason, it is quiet and calm in the evenings. Free park for cars, closed garage for motorcycles.

Built in two levels, it contains 2 spacious bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, an attic with double bed, a terrace with view to the sea and the mountains, and a balcony to the village square.
