Unser gemütliches und modernes Tripleks-Haus befindet sich in Özdere, Izmir, direkt am Meer. Es bietet einen traumhaften Rückzugsort, ideal für alle, die dem Alltag entfliehen wollen. Das Ferienhaus ist komplett eingerichtet und bietet auf drei Etagen drei geräumige Schlafzimmer sowie zwei moderne Badezimmer. Die Einrichtung ist neu und modern. Mit nur 50 Metern Entfernung zum Meer und Strand bietet das Haus eine ideale Lage. Der Flughafen Izmir ist lediglich 35 km entfernt und gut zu erreichen.

Ferienhaus 1 direkt am Meer(DENİZE SIFIR YAZLIK))

Ferienhaus ist vom Tourismusministerium Zertifizirt.Das Haus liegt in einer Siedlung und ist direkt an eine Strandpromenade angebunden. Von dort kann die nächste Ortschaft Ürkmez zu Fuß in 15 Minuten erreicht werden (Bäckerei, Supermärkte, Wochenmarkt, Apotheke, Ärzte, Restaurants etc...). Die Großstadt Izmir (40 km) ist mit Bus/Dolmus (Minibus) ,oder mit Taxi erreichbar . Vor dem Haus befindet 50 Meter entfernt der Sandstrand .Im Haus befindet Trinkwasser Kühlgerät.(Sebil) und 3 Klimagerät .
