Endless Ionian Breezes at a House on the Island of Ithaca

Lounge on a hillside terrace with sea views as the refreshing sea breeze is flowing all day long. In the evening air carries the scent of jasmine and honeysuckle. A serene atmosphere continues indoors with potted plants, elegant built-in furnishings, and tasteful decor in muted earth tones. Lighting and other details complete the serenity. The house has an airy relaxed ambiance, combining modern architecture with traditional elements. You can enjoy high quality materials, high ceilings, playful light and fine linen. A bluetooth speaker is available to enjoy your favourite music from your computer. Bedrooms have bathrooms en suite. A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and espresso coffee machine is provided. A built stone BBQ is available for use. For the colder months, there is a pellet stove along with electric blankets that give it a warm feeling. You have access to our own home grown vegetable garden, according to the season of course. I am available at all times for any assistance required. Though the island of Ithaki is small, it has many hidden treasures. It is my pleasure to help you explore them. Any holiday related services, like rentals or bookings can be arranged upon request. Ithaki island is a quite and rather intimate place with lots of treasures to discover. The house is in the village of Ag. Saranta, a traditional settlement in the northern part, overlooking Afales Bay. The beach nearby with amazing water is 5 min drive away. The village of Stavros, with all amenities, and the fishing village of Frikes are both 1.5 kilometers away. Unfortunately, there is no public transport in Ithaki. Hiring a car is highly advisable Access to Ithaki is via Cephalonia, Patra, Astakos and in the summer months from Lefkas as well.

Το Villa Araklis διαθέτει 2 υπνοδωμάτια, ένα σαλόνι και κουζίνα, καθώς κ επίσης καναπέ που γίνεται κρεβάτι. Η βολική τοποθεσία του προσφέρει εύκολη πρόσβαση στα γύρω χωριά και στις παραλίες, παρέχοντας συγχρόνως στους επισκέπτες του ένα καταφύγιο, μακριά από τους ρυθμούς της Πόλης. Η τοποθεσία του Villa Araklis το καθιστά ιδανικό γι αυτούς που αναζητούν ηρεμία και χαλάρωση.

Meraki

Το Μεράκι είναι ένα μοναδικό διαμέρισμα (40m2) που βρίσκεται 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια απο το κέντρο. Έχουμε φτιάξει το διαμέρισμά μας με "μεράκι" και προσοχή έτσι ώστε να σας προσφέρει τα πάντα για μία άνετη διαμονή. Οι παροχές του διαμερίσματος είναι: δωρεάν Wi-Fi, smart TV, πλυντήριο ρούχων, πλήρες εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, ψυγείο, ντουζιέρα, 1 διπλό κερβάτι, καναπές-κρεβάτι(υψηλής άνεσης), ιδιωτική μεγάλη αυλή. Μπορούν να μείνουν έως 4 άτομα. Δωρεάν χώρος στάθμευσης. Δυνατότητα παροχής παρκοκρέβατου.

Ionian island villa

This lovely four bedroom villa with breathtaking views over the Ionian Sea is located in the traditional village of Stavros, a hidden gem in northern Ithaca. A cool, comfortable and clean space with free wifi, two balconies and a big terrace. Here you live among olive tree hills and hiking trails – close to all attractions on the island. It's a short walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in the Ionian Sea, Polis Bay Beach, and the main square of Stavros with cafes, restaurants and markets.

Villa Glysinia is a two-storey house ideal for couples, friends and family. On the ground floor, you will find the beautiful fully equipped kitchen, the living room with the‘warm’ fireplace, a dining area, a bedroom with a queen-sized bed easily converted into two single beds and a bathroom. The outdoor space with a pool, trees, and the dining area enhances the feeling of intimacy. On the 1st floor, you will find a second bedroom with a queen size bed, a bathroom and a terrace with sea view.

Στην μπροστινή αυλή υπάρχει τραπεζαρία για το πρωινό σας και στο πίσω μέρος υπάρχει κοινόχρηστη τραπεζαρία και ξαπλώστρες. Επίσης υπάρχει δωρεάν ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ στον χώρο για το όχημα σας. Το λιμάνι των Φρικών είναι σε απόσταση μόλις 1’ με όχημα και 8’ λεπτά με τα πόδια, όπου θα βρείτε καφετέριες, εστιατόρια και μαγαζιά με σουβενίρ.

Our beautiful studio in Ithaca is close to the center of Kioni (3-4 mins walk to its' beautiful port), only steps away from the bayside and is bright and spacious with everything you'll need for your Ithacan holiday. Your studio is walking distance to restaurants, cafe, bars, mini markets etc./ From its terrace you can enjoy amazing views of the Ionian sea, with its beautiful pristine sea and beaches.The terrace is SHARED with the studio next door, but each studio is independent.

Spacious and convenient two-storey house with a great panoramic sea /port view, within walking distance to the town center. Private entry +110 square meter space, a living room, 2 bedrooms, 1 with double bed, 1 with 3 single beds and 1 large sofa /bed, a fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The house can accommodate up to seven visitors. All bedrooms and living room have air condition. Please enjoy your coffee, cocktail or meal at the two verandas with a breath taking view.

A lovely traditional new house in Perachori with a view of the village and the mount above, for four people , two bedrooms ,one bath a kitchen with oven ,refrigerator , coffe e machine and a living room with fireplace, Tv , air conditioning and WiFi. The plot is 2 squere meters with outdoor furniture , BBQ , parking and one entrance with gate. With every reservation you charged with tax for the climate change wich is 8€/day and it is payed to the Airbnb platform .
