Il Cubetto - Sun Studio: absolute exclusivity

Our little place, Il Cubetto, inaugurated with the 2020 season, stands in full Tuscan country and is particularly distinctive because of its absolute exclusivity: only two studio apartments within our 7000 sqm of garden planted with many fruit trees, with great attention to any detail. Our guests, a maximum of two per studio apartment, have the use of a salt-water infinity swimming pool overlooking the valley. Depending on the car they drive, they can park next to the cottage or beside the road.

Cabane de charme style trappeur au milieu des arbres au frais et au calme entre ma maison et une roulotte sur le GR 51. Vous pourrez faire votre toilette à l'ancienne avec cuvette et broc à eau ou vous avez derrière la cabane une douche extérieure froide avec réserve d'eau . Il n'y a pas de cuisine dans la cabane. Possibilité de petit déjeuner livré dans un panier devant votre cabane 6€/pers et panier soir 15€ par pers ou tables d'hôtes 24€ sur réservation paiement uniquement en espèces.

VOUS SEREZ LES SEULS HABITANTS DE CETTE PETITE MAISON ET LE JARDIN EST GRAND. La "Sevoriane" comprend : une chambre double de 17 m², une douche et lavabo (wc séparé), une petite kitchenette d'appoint, avec petit coin repas. Plusieurs coins repos dans le jardin. La piscine & le jardin sont des espaces partagés avec les hôtes et quelquefois par d'autres invités de la maison principale. Les animaux de compagnie ne sont pas admis car la propriété n'est pas clôturée. Débit wifi : 72mgbits/seconde

La casa degli ospiti è immersa nel giardino: è un luogo silenzioso e romantico, dove si respira un'atmosfera artistica. Arredata con gusto, ha tutto ciò che serve per un soggiorno piacevole e rilassante. La piccola cucina è ben servita. Si possono fare belle passeggiate e gite alle città più belle della Toscana. Lucca dista 3km: è facilmente raggiungibile in auto, in bicicletta e in autobus. A pochi passi la Fattoria Sardi propone wine tasting tours nelle vigne e il suo ristorante è ottimo.

A Spa area with jacuzzi and finnish sauna nested in nature with a plunging view on the valley and no neighbours, may be rented in addition to the chalet for 25 euros per night.
