Die Villa erstreckt sich über eine Fläche von 350 m2 Wohnfläche (200m2 und 150m2 Terrasse innen) und 2.000 m2 Fläche im Hof skopu die ein Wald von Eichen ist. Erdgeschoss-Wohnung ist funktional mit all den notwendigen Platz für 8-10 Personen ausgelegt komfortable Zimmer, wo sich ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer

Bolara 60, the Kućica: stone cottage near Grožnjan

Bolara 60 is a traditional Istrian stone farmhouse near the medieval hilltop town of Grožnjan. The Kućica (cottage) is a self-contained, fully furnished house with its own kitchen and terrace. It's next door to our home and small guesthouse (the Kuća), and near a farm where our neighbours make olive oil and wine, but otherwise there are no houses around. It's very green and peaceful here, with views into the Mirna valley, and deer, birds and butterflies all around.
