This unique space was designed to be home away from home, so you will find all amenities you need to be comfortable and relax. Note - AC added Feb 2025. We have full power generator and water cistern. The hot tub maximum temperature is 85 degrees, if power goes out it will take time to warm up again.

The Coral Beach in Isla Verde has direct access to the beach, pool, basketball court, tennis courts, a playground for children. The tourist area is full of restaurants, bars, services and intense day and night life. The Studio has a bedroom with a queen bed and a sofa bed in the living room. Air conditioning units, TV's, Cable + Internet and a battery-powered generator that guarantees continuous power supply from 4 to 24 hours in the event of power outages. Parking space and 24 hour Security.

Power Generator/ cistern. Private apt close to beach and airport. 7 minutes walking to the beach, 10 minutes driving from airport and Old San Juan. Private entrance, private parking inside of the property. Wifi, TV, equipped kitchen, and two working desks if you need to work remotely. The apartment is located in a residential area, a very tranquil street with little traffic noise. Tennis court in front in the premises (need to check Covid19 limitations at time of check in). Pets are welcome.
