Ausgebauter Dachboden mit separatem Eingang, idyllisch zw. 2 Stränden (350 m zu FuB) 60 m², 2 Schlafzimmmer (Ehebett / 2 Einzelbetten) Wohnküche, Bad, WiFi. Es ist nicht luxoriös aber entspricht den Grundbedürfnissen, (Elektroherd mit 2 Kochfeldern, Mikrowelle, Fernseher, normaler Haushaltsbedarf), ist gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Sauna und 30m² Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer werden gemeinsam mit uns Bewohnern genutzt. Die Terrasse befindet sich auf halber Höhe zur Ferienwohnung.
