Very close to Walmart, restaurants , bars, shopping centers the Plaza Américas, Puerto Cancún ,beach area.Bus stop on the corner to destinations in Cancun and Riviera Maya, in car very close to the ferry to Isla Mujeres.

The 1st floor pool is right on the ocean & you will be able to see stunning sunrises/enjoy the constant Caribbean breezes. With AC, WIFI, comfortable living spaces, a cute front garden & a full kitchen, you have the perfect setting for a relaxed vacation. As of 2026, 5% of gross annual proceeds are donated directly to Montessori Isla Mujeres.

Relájate en esta escapada única y tranquila en la zona mas bella de la isla: Punta Sur. Cómodo y equipado departamento con terraza directa a la piscina y decorado con un encanto especial. Área de piscina y jardín con parrilla para BBQ y regadera exterior. Puedes ver el mar pues estamos a pocos metros de la playa! Habitación con linda terraza con vista parcial al mar. Estamos a 10 minutos del ferry, a 15 de Playa Norte y a escasos minutos del Parque de los Sueños y el acantilado.

Disfruta de este rincón a una calle de playa norte, la isla puede ser a veces muy tranquila, y otras veces muy alegre. Pero te aseguro que está en ubicación ideal para conocer la isla . Con el calor abrasador del verano, no necesitarás taxi, ni autobús ni rentar carrito
