Es una magnífica vivienda de 80 metros cuadrados ubicada en una casa palacio del siglo XVIII que fue rehabilitada hace 10 años para convertirla en 6 viviendas.

El apartamento está ubicado en la parte interna del edificio, por lo que es muy silencioso. Ventaja de estar en pleno centro sin el inconveniente del ruido. Aunque está en la parte interna del edificio, el apartamento es muy luminoso ya que las ventanas del salon y del dormitorio dan a la terraza y ésta a su vez al patio de luz del edificio.
