Tastefully converted self-contained stone barn overlooking grade 2 listed farmhouse, providing comfortable, luxury accomodation for family, leisure and professional guests. Located in the centre of the small town of Burton Latimer, the barn has ample free secure parking, with local shops, takeaways, parks and many quality restaurants on the doorstep. Easily accessed from A14 J10 and minutes from the larger towns of Kettering and Wellingborough from where central London is under an hour by train.

Converted Barn overlooking fields.

Built in 1634, the Barn is on the edge of a village 5m from Market Harborough in Leicestershire. Converted in 2017, it's on our property but separate from it. Light and airy, it's one room/open plan downstairs, with areas for cooking, dining and relaxing. French doors lead out onto a pretty courtyard garden, with stone steps up to a raised area, where you can watch the sunset over the fields. Upstairs there's a well-equipped bedroom and bathroom with far reaching views over the countryside.

The Barn at Cross Lodge

Unique barn conversion in the village of Walgrave, Northamptonshire. Originally the 200 year old building housed farm animals and in 2023 it was converted into a fully furnished property with underfloor heating, bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette and large floor space that can be used as a gym. There is private parking in the courtyard area with an outdoor dining table and grapevine backdrop which captures the sun all day long making it a lovely space to relax in. Any questions please ask. Our cosy space offers tiny living with luxury. We are confident that our small yet mighty space will meet your needs offering a comfy double bed, shower room, snuggly sofa and a fully fitted kitchen and inspire you on what can be created in a small space. Our cosy space is a renovated garage situated next to our house but you will have your own private entrance and lock safe. Parking is also available. Dogs are very welcome but please add them onto the booking as there is a charge .

Brixworth has a long tradition of shoemaking. Cobblers Cottage was where shoes would have been made by homeworkers. The property has its own private balcony with far reaching countryside views. Situated in a colourful garden the cottage has its own access. The prize winning cook/owner provides a superb breakfast which is included. Dinner is available on request. Cobblers is located in an historic part of the village, within walking distance of shops and recreation facilities.

The Old School House Annexe, Irchester

Beautifully refurbished internal annexe within what was the village school (1840). Sole use of annexe. Wifi, TV, DVD player, printer, well equipped kitchen inc washing machine, freezer. Irchester is a village three miles from both Rushden and Wellingborough. Pub, cafe, shop, a short walk, Country Park less than a mile. Easy reach of Northampton, Bedford and Milton Keynes. Guests have access to the owners’ garden. Please note we do NOT take dogs or young children.

Peaceful house, garden view, king bed + parking

Central location for Northampton, good for Brackmills (Barclaycard), excellent for Moulton Park (Nationwide). Close to Abington Park, good bus routes into town. Driveway parking available. Large bright and airy room in 1930ies semi-detached house. King bed, overlooks private garden filled with mature trees. Bathroom includes electric shower cubicle. Gas central heating, double glazed. The house is unsuitable for children of any age.

Two bedroom house/maisonette Close the to lovely Wicksteed Park. Free parking for multiple cars. Note, location has a shower not a bath. I can’t change this in the listing. Get location to local amenities. 1 mins walk to local shop and take aways. 5 mins walk to local pub, serves food daily. 10 mins walk to Wicksteed Park. Great access to Uk cities. 23 mins to Leicester. 47 mins to London (fast train). 48 mins to Nottingham.
