A place of the heart, lovingly restored preserving the ancient beams of the roof. A wonderful view from the large windows and a special tranquility for those in search of peace, warmth and relaxation. The furniture is very nice: wood above all, but also more lively colors, and modern comforts. Quiet excursions, both on snowshoes or ski.

Chalet La Balma

Lo Chalet la Balma è situato ai piedi del Monte Rosa. Fu costruito nel 1964 a Isella, una piccola frazione di Macugnaga, un paesino Walser. Composto da una struttura portante in muratura e un concasso in legno risalente al 1773 proveniente dalla Val Quarazza che si trova a soli 20 minuti dall'abitazione. Si tratta di una baita esclusiva, indipendente, con giardino privato, area barbecue, parco giochi , riscaldamento autonomo a compensazione dì CO2 e camino a pellet canalizzato in ogni camera.

NATURA e RELAX AI PIEDI DEL CERVINO

Nell'alta Valtournenche, ai piedi del Cervino, circondato da mandrie di mucche al pascolo in estate e da candida neve nei mesi invernali, io e mia moglie Enrica saremo felici di accogliere i nostri ospiti nel nostro appartamento. Vicino ai centri abitati di Valtournenche e Cervinia (3 Km circa) ma comunque isolato dal caos è il luogo ideale per rilassarsi, osservare panorami incantevoli, ascoltare il silenzio della montagna, fare sport e fantastiche passeggiate partendo proprio dalla casa!

Unser renoviertes Studio befindet sich an zentraler Lage, 5-10 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Zermatt. Die Treppe zum Haus (90 Stufen) zu erklimmen lohnt sich allemal, denn die Unterkunft zeichnet sich durch viel Helligkeit und eine gossartige Aussicht aufs Dorf aus. Nebst einer vollwertig ausgestatteten Küche ist die Wohnung mit einer Badewanne, einer gemütlichen Sitzecke und einem 1.80m Bett bestückt. Fernseher mit Apple-TV Box und kostenloses WLAN sind vorhanden sowie ein abschliessbarer Skiraum.

"La casetta nel bosco" è un ambiente immerso nel verde dei castagni e dei tigli, per "ascoltare la natura che parla" ma anche la musica (casse acustiche in ogni piano, anche all'aperto) e lasciarsi cullare da momenti di vita lenta, semplice, autentica. Si trova in un piccolo villaggio alpino da cui si parte per raggiungere altri villaggi e località, a piedi e in auto. Il giardino a uso esclusivo con area pranzo, barbecue, piscina, ombrelloni e sdraio è molto amato. E' presente Wi-Fi.

“La Casa dell’Arco” prende il nome dall’arco di ingresso, elemento tipico dell’architettura di Frassinetto, che caratterizza questa abitazione storica. Il suo nucleo più antico risale presumibilmente al XIII – XIV secolo. L’unità è composta da tre ambienti curati nel dettaglio per riscoprire la calda atmosfera delle case alpine. L’ambiente soggiorno con un divano/letto e camino precede la cucina ed a completare una splendida camera dotata di doccia e un bagno confortevole e attrezzato.

A large living area with dining table and a large sofa. With free private parking, and free internet access there is little else but to enjoy the local area and great views!
