With 4 beautiful lakeside cabins, a stylish home, an amazing sandy beach with a bar, a playground, access to the water, a volleyball court, great views, and plenty of space, you couldn't ask for more! We also have one dock that can support up to a 24-foot boat. For the lake, we offer kayaks and paddleboards to use for your enjoyment at no extra cost! Whether you're looking for relaxation or exploration this is the place for you!

The PAC House is your home base for exploring the area. When it is time for rest make yourself at home. Lots of natural light, cozy corners, comfortable private spaces and a cozy, well equipped, kitchen.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. legacy landing has a brand new 450 sq ft. shouse resting atop of 110 acres of beautiful woodlands. The shouse is covered from wall to ceiling in pine and cedar accents harvested from our forest and sleeps 5. Inside find a fully furnished kitchenette with indoor griddle/grill, air fryer and microwave. There are two lofts upstairs with a queen bed on one side and a twin bed on the other. Down stairs is a queen futon. 2 fully stocked fishing ponds.

Relax at this peaceful country hideaway after a day of touring the sites. Enjoy quiet outdoors while being less than a mile from the downtown district. Enjoy time on the patio with a fire and beverage with wildlife in the backyard. Perfect place to wind down and enjoy nature. As Schipp would say.... "It's the perfect hideaway!" This space is the entire basement, you may or may not share yard space with renters upstairs if rented. AC is controlled upstairs, but reach out if warm or cool.

Relax at this peaceful place to stay. Close to Rail Explorers, Boone Scenic Valley RR, Seven Oaks Recreation Area, and Des Moines River Valley. Take a train ride, ride the Rail Explorers, kayak down the Des Moines River or visit the Ledges. Includes separate entrance and spacious living quarters. Has pool table, bar, and kitchenette area. Two comfortable separate bedrooms with a shared bathroom. We have dwarf Nigerian goats that love treats, and horses and ponies that love attention.

I can point you in the right direction to see all the beauty of fall. Some of the small towns have there streets lined with beautiful trees. Update on mile long Bridge Closure We are four miles north of Knoxville off hwy 14. The Bridge closure only affects getting here from the north. However there are detours around the bridge.

Located a half hour west of Cedar Rapids and 45 minutes from Iowa City for game days. Pets are welcome.
