Come enjoy a relaxing get away on beautiful Sugar Bottom Road. A great place for the outdoor enthusiast, no matter the season. Ideal also for quiet relaxation and privacy. We are a small acreage just 15 minutes from Iowa City, 7 minutes from Solon, and 30 minutes from the Cedar Rapids airport. Our converted barn is at the back of the property, behind the house. There is a separate road leading back to the barn for super convenient parking. It’s rustic, cozy, warm and inviting.

Clara sleeps up to four guests in two queen size beds in the sleeping room that features hardwood floors, picture molding, and a large front window that opens onto a quiet street for those who enjoy night breezes. Two sets of French doors lead out to the large, private, furnished porch. You will also enjoy a charming closet with built ins and a writing desk in the main sleeping room. This listing is for Suite 3. Queen bed in a 12 x 11 bedroom with en suite bathroom. One Orange Centre is a 25 acre estate with 5907 square foot home designed by John McEwan and Robert Rodriguez, both students of Frank Lloyd Wright, whose influence is obvious in every detail of this house. The construction of the house is primarily native limestone with California Redwood ceilings. The living room features 20 foot ceilings

The Hancock House, is a Bed & Breakfast Inn with majestic views of the City & Mississippi river. The Doll room boasts a whirlpool tub in the third floor turret with exceptional city & river views.
