Här kan ni sitta och studera naturen, skärgården, höra måsarnas skri till morgonkaffet och gå ner och ta ett morgondopp det första ni gör. Barnen kan röra sig fritt i området då det inte finns någon direkt trafik, istället är det fina naturområden runt knuten. Här finns närheten till Göteborgs centrum(14min), stillheten och fina bad. Totalt 140kvm fördelat på 2 plan med 4 sovrum, 2 allrum, 2 badrum och stor öppen sällskapsyta med matplats för 8 personer. En uteplats med loungemöbler och grill. Huset är även privat bostad med personliga tillhörigheter

Välkomna upp till sjätte våningen, och varmt välkomna in till ett kvadratsmart hem med en helt unik design och gemensam takterass. I Göteborg är Tredje Långgatan känd för sitt levande kultur-, butiks-, bar-, och restaurangliv. Här har du även närhet till naturen i Slottsskogen och Botaniska Trädgården. Med spårvagn så tar det ca 10 min till city och ca 20 min till Lindholmen Science Park. Om man vill åka på en skärgårdstur med båt så utgår dessa ifrån Stenpiren, 5 min bort. Välkomna!
