Very clean with new paint, new bathroom and new laminate flooring. We are located a little over an hour from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Feel welcomed in this quiet, clean, modern suite on the edge of Indiana borough. This dedicated Airbnb apartment is attached to my house with a separate entrance. Both beds are in the same large room much like a hotel room. It has a cork floor and a king size bed and full size futon couch/bed with a gel foam mattress cover. Simple but elegant decor. Main house recently completed full renovation. Landscaping and grounds maintenance still in progress but will not affect your stay. There is a 1 mile hiking trail loop on the property.
