There is a dedicated workstation, as well as a “mud room” greeting area to drop all of your things and get cozy. End the day enjoying the Sandia Mountains on the lovely porch swing or in the private backyard!

Tucked away at the back of a compound at the end of a dead-end street, you'll feel like you've found a secret hideaway. Originally constucted circa 1900 as a farm house, La Casita has been utilized as a short term rental for the past 15 years. This adorable one bedroom casita features eco-friendly products, classy Deco decorating, and an extra cozy Keetsa king bed. The combination of minimal aesthetics with just the right flashy Deco touch creates a cozy, inviting interior. The Casita is completely private and is heated and cooled by mini-splits in the living room and bedroom. There is secure parking for a sedan style vehicle, but it cannot accommodate larger vehicles like large trucks or SUVs.

This unique place has a style all its own. Modern, BoHo, and newly renovated guest casita centrally located in downtown/Old Town area. Studio with sleeping loft and kitchenette. Walkable downtown neighborhood close to Old Town Plaza, Nobhill, coffee shops, restaurants, shopping, and parks. Private courtyard and access to a lush backyard. Easily accessible to freeway. ONE SMALL DOG welcome without host approval, anything else needs host approval.

The bedroom includes a new queen sized bed and there is a fold out queen sized foam mattress in the living room as well. The dining room table seats four. The back porch is a a little oasis where you can enjoy a quiet moment or meal. Larger groups may book the house next door as well.
