My cottage is situated on the beach and is close to all amenities. 5 minutes by car to the CBD of Ballito and close to the airport. You’ll love my place because of the direct access onto the beach and I am situated above the famous Thompsons Bay Tidal pool.. My place is good for couples and business travelers. It is not suitable for small children under 5 . We also have a big dog that is very friendly but can occasionally bark. VIP Students over the Rage festival are not allowed.

Direct access to beach from the complex, spacious open patio with a beautiful view of the sea, a relaxing fire pit adds a special charm to this unit. 2 small pets ( no exotic pets) allowed but please note no grass at unit only outside of unit and to please bring your pet bowls and blankets. There is no aircon in this unit but fans upstairs and in the lounge. There is space for 2 cars only.

There is a solar powered inverter and back up water tanks on the property so load shedding is not a problem.
