Im Zentrum des Mirabello-Golfes, ca. 11 km süd-östlich von Agios Nikolaos liegt dieses Haus, eingebettet in einen Landstrich, der "Istron" genannt wird und diesen Namen seit frühester Zeit trägt. Weiche Sandstrände, umrahmt von felsigen Buchten geben der Küste einen bizarren Reiz. An den Hängen der sich anmutig erhebenden Hügelkuppen bildet eine üppige Vegetation grüne Kontraste zur graubraunen Farbe der Berge und den weißen Häusern der kleinen, ringsum verstreuten Dörfer.Villa Castello befindet sich auf einem 1.900 qm großen Grundstück auf welchem Oliven-, Feigen-, Orangen-, Mandarinenbäume, Bananenstauden und einige andere, im terrassenartig angelegten Garten, um das Haus gedeihen, ca. 450 m vom Meer entfernt. Jede Wohnung ist individuell mit Original-Gemälden und alten griechischen Elementen reizvoll eingerichtet. Alle Terrassen bzw. Balkone sind mit schatten spendenden Pergolen überdacht. Jede Wohnung verfügt über einen Safe, W-Lan, Fernseher und eine Klimaanlage.Die Plattenwege und Terrassen des Hauses zieren Blumenrabatte und duftende Sträucher. Im Einklang mit der Natur können Sie hier ein bescheidenes Stück Glück erleben und die Betriebsamkeit der heute oft so hektischen Welt vergessen, um wieder einmal zu träumen, im Wechselspiel von Licht und Schatten, Wasser und azurblauem Himmel; denn auf dieser Insel ist das noch möglich.Im Garten wurde zwischen den Bäumen ein gemauerter Backofen errichtet. Nebenan stehen gemauerte Bänke und ein Marmortisch. In Istron, etwa 300 m vom Haus, erreichen Sie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und gute Tavernen mit griechischen Spezialitäten.Villa Castello 2 für 4-5 PersonenIm Erdgeschoss mit 2 Schlafzimmern, das eine mit 2 Einzel-, das andere mit einem Doppelbett, Nachttischen, Kleiderschrank, Spiegel mit Ablage und Hocker. Wohnzimmer mit Tisch, Stühlen und einem Kanapee (dient auch als Schlafgelegenheit für die 5. Person) mit Zugang zu der großzügigen Terrasse, auf der Tisch und Stühle zur Verfügung stehen. Optisch durch eine halbhohe Mauer vom Wohnraum getrennt, ist die Küche eingerichtet mit Ober- und Unterschränken, Spüle, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine einem Herd mit E-Platten, sowie genügend Besteck und Geschirr. Das Badezimmer ist mit Dusche, Toilette und Waschbecken. Eine zweite Terrasse ist auf der Rückseite des Hauses, unmittelbar vor einem farbenprächtigen Blumenparadies.

Our renovated house is the ideal place to enjoy Cretan hospitality. It is located 20 steps away from the peaceful beach of Agios Panteleimonas. Two short paths on either side of the house lead to nearby beaches. On the right side you can find the famous Vulisma beach with its crystal clear waters and golden sand and on the left a chill beach for relaxation and meditation. You can reach supermarkets, tavernas, cafes, or pool-bars within 5 minutes by foot. Agios Nikolaos is 10 minutes away by car.

At the most south place of Europe, with very mild winter. It is a new house, was built in 2008 but we didn't use it, until June 2017 that we decided to put it for rent for Airbnb. 800 meters from the Potami beach of Lasithi, or 10 minutes walking with maps. 650 meters from the main road that has a bus stop with hourly schedules. 3.3 kilometers or 6 minutes with car from the city of Ierapetra. It is 127 square meters. It can be rented, always the whole, by 1 of up to 10 people.
