Our house is residential located in a beautiful child friendly and quiet neighbourhood near the city center (around 3.0 km. to the city center). Close to our house (around 200 metres) is for instance a bakery, ice-cream store, playground, grocery store, a small and beautiful restaurant, Kaffi Laugarlækur. There are about 500 metres to the neighborhood´s swimming pool, and 1 kilometre to a big and beautiful Park, called Laugardalur, which has for example an Ice Skating rink and a small Zoo.

Situated on the coastline, it’s also close to Grótta Nature Reserve, where you can enjoy diverse wildlife, breathtaking sunsets, and the Aurora Borealis. Only 5 km from downtown Reykjavík and 3 km from Grandi, the trendy harbor district, Bus stops are conveniently located right outside.

My house is a cozy 100 sq.m. townhouse, a comfortable place to rest in after a day of activity. There is 2 connecting rooms in the attic, one with a double bed, the other is a small working space with one day bed. The middle floor has a kitchen and a living room. The basement has a bathroom, an open space and a bedroom with a smaller double bed. There is a front and a back garden.
