Es handelt sich um ein schönes 75 Quadratmeter großes Haus direkt am Strand von Faros. Es ist das Erdgeschoss einer Doppelhaushälfte,entworfen von einem bekannten ikarischen Architekten. Der private Innenhof erstreckt sich buchstäblich bis zum Strand.Ideal für Familien,die einen angenehmen und friedlichen Aufenthalt suchen, aber auch für Faros,die einen stressfreien Urlaub verbringen möchten. Der Blick auf die östliche Seite der Ägäis mit den gegenüberliegenden Inseln, den Furni,ist einzigartig.

Εξοχική κατοικία με θεα την θάλασσα.Αποτελείται από δύο κρεβατοκάμαρες (ενα διπλό κ δυο μονά κρεβάτια) κουζίνα και μπάνιο.Το μπανιο είναι εξωτερικό βρίσκεται ακριβώς εξω απο την κουζίνα.Κάτω από το σπίτι υπάρχει παραλία όπου φτάνεις από μονοπάτι με σκαλοπάτια σε δύο λεπτά.Στο πίσω μέρος του σπιτιού υπάρχει κήπος με σκαλοπατια και επίπεδα με χώρους ανάπαυσης.Η πρόσβαση στο σπίτι γίνεται από τον δρόμο μέσω μονοπατιού με σκαλοπάτια σε 1 λεπτό.Δημόσιο Πάρκινγκ 80m από το σπίτι.Ακατάλληλο για ΑΜΕΑ.

Das TinyHouse am Strand von Fytema ist voll ausgestattet und bietet überraschend viel Platz. (20 qm) Es ist perfekt für 2 Gäste. Das zusätzliche Bett im Wohnzimmer ist 1.75 m lang und für ein Kind oder eine kleinere Person gedacht (bis 1.65 m). Die Einrichtung ist modern und natürlich. Wir haben das TinyHouse 2019 ausschließlich aus ökologischen Materialien gebaut und sehr gut gegen Hitze isoliert, um auf Aircondition verzichten zu können. Eine Pergola spendet Schatten über Haus und Sitzplatz.

Because of the "rough" beauty of the location, you need to pay extra attention to the supervision of young children.

Τraditional tower at Ikaria

The tower is a 2 level apartment at 'Pyrgos traditional village', above the museum of ikaria. Pyrgos traditional village is a complex of 8 traditional buildings at the top of Agios Kirikos, a traditional small village with a common pool only for guests, a small reception, breakfast area, parking, common verandas and yards and natural vegetation. The tower has a small kitchen and two sofa-beds at the main floor and one main bedroom with a bathroom with shower at the top floor.

The peaceful location of the house makes it an ideal choice for couples and families.
