Es handelt sich um ein schönes 75 Quadratmeter großes Haus direkt am Strand von Faros. Es ist das Erdgeschoss einer Doppelhaushälfte,entworfen von einem bekannten ikarischen Architekten. Der private Innenhof erstreckt sich buchstäblich bis zum Strand.Ideal für Familien,die einen angenehmen und friedlichen Aufenthalt suchen, aber auch für Faros,die einen stressfreien Urlaub verbringen möchten. Der Blick auf die östliche Seite der Ägäis mit den gegenüberliegenden Inseln, den Furni,ist einzigartig.

Το Διαμερισμα ΑΛΚΗΣΤΙΣ του 1ου ορόφου, είναι ένα μοντέρνο αυτόνομο διαμέρισμα με μαγευτική θέα στη θάλασσα, σε απόσταση 30 μέτρων από την παραλία και τις ιαματικές πηγές των Θέρμων. Διαθέτει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι, σαλόνι με δυνατότητα μετατροπής του καναπέ σε διπλό κρεβάτι, πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και μπάνιο. Τraditional tower at Ikaria

The tower is a 2 level apartment at 'Pyrgos traditional village', above the museum of ikaria. Pyrgos traditional village is a complex of 8 traditional buildings at the top of Agios Kirikos, a traditional small village with a common pool only for guests, a small reception, breakfast area, parking, common verandas and yards and natural vegetation. The tower has a small kitchen and two sofa-beds at the main floor and one main bedroom with a bathroom with shower at the top floor.

Εξοχική κατοικία με θεα την θάλασσα. Αποτελείται από δύο κρεβατοκάμαρες (ενα διπλό και δυο μονά κρεβάτια) κουζίνα και μπάνιο. Κάτω από το σπίτι υπάρχει παραλία όπου φτάνεις από μονοπάτι με σκαλοπάτια σε δύο λεπτά. Στο πίσω μέρος του σπιτιού υπάρχει κήπος με σκαλοπάτια και επίπεδα με χώρους ανάπαυσης. Η πρόσβαση στο σπίτι γίνεται από τον δρόμο μέσω μονοπατιού με σκαλοπάτια σε λιγότερο απο 1 λεπτό. Δημόσιο Πάρκινγκ 100m από το σπίτι. Ακατάλληλο για ΑΜΕΑ.

Dieser gemütliche Ort war früher das Sommerhaus meiner Oma und verbindet jetzt traditionellen Charme mit modernen Annehmlichkeiten, damit du dich richtig wohlfühlst. Der schöne Innenhof ist perfekt, um magische Sonnenuntergänge zu genießen. Komm vorbei und erlebe schöne Momente voller Liebe und Freude an einem Ort, der mit viel Herz gemacht ist!

Flat in traditional stonehouse

Das traditionelle Steinhaus grenzt an einer Seite an die natürliche Felswand. Das Bad ist ganz in den Fels hinein gebaut. Das ergibt ein ganz spektakuläres Wohngefühl und den Eindruck, mitten in der Natur zu sein. Die Terrasse hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf das Meer, den Strand von Fytema und die Berge von Messaria. Die Wohnung ist 2023 mit ökologischen Materialien im traditionellen Stil ausgebaut worden. Zum Strand sind es nur 200 m.

Το πέτρινο βρίσκεται στο χωριό κάμπος λίγα λεπτά από το λιμάνι ΕΥΔΗΛΟΣ (2 χιλιόμετρα ) και με την κοντινότερη παραλία μόλις ένα ιδιωτικό μονοπάτι μακρυά Στο πέτρινο ξεχωρίζει η μεγάλη αυλή η οποία μπορεί να αξιοποιηθεί όλες τις ώρες της ημέρας από το πρωί στην πλευρά της παραλίας για ένα πρωινό με θέα καθώς και τις απογευματινές ώρες στο εξωτερικό σαλόνι για πανοραμική θέα του Αιγαίου με τα ωραία χρώματα του ηλιοβασιλέματος.

The peaceful location of the house makes it an ideal choice for couples and families.
