Apartamento cómodo, tranquilo y soleado. Parking privado en el edificio con coste de 20€ al dia. Situado en una céntrica avenida muy bién comunicada. Cruzando la calle está el metro y el bus y también encontrará todos los servicios: supermercado, farmacia, Banks, caferetias y restaurantes, panaderias, .... Magnífico apartamento enteramente reformado. Gaudir significa "disfrutar" en catalán y durante tu estancia en este apartamento realmente disfrutarás de Barcelona. Desde su terraza, las vistas panorámicas sobre la ciudad alcanzán desde la costa y Montjuïc hasta la montaña del Tibidado! Ubicado en una zona céntrica y segura, bien comunicado por el transporte público y a solo 10 minutos andando de las exclusivas tiendas de Paseo de Gracia, el apartamento Gaudir te permitirá disfrutar de una estancia inolvidable en Barcelona. El apartamento: Moderno, elegante y muy luminoso, el apartamento Gaudir está ubicado en una finca residencial especialmente indicada para familias y grupos de adultos de más de 30 años. Entrando en el apartamento tendrás una visión completamente despejada del salón comedor y la cocina, caracterizados por una cuidada decoración que transmite en seguida una agradable sensación de hogar. El salón comedor está equipado con un confortable sofá, una TV de pantalla plana y una mesa de comedor para 8 comensales. The apartment has 2 double bedrooms with balcony, a comfortable bathroom with a spacious shower and a fully equipped kitchen. The renovated home balances the magic of the past with modern amenities through chic furnishings and decor, vibrant pops of color, and original architectural finishes. The flat is in a centenary building, has been totally recovered but we kept all traditional feats, portuguese tiles, wooden floors and ceilings, it even has an original wood burning oven, (it's only decorative presently though),. It is an Unique Portuguese Home that provides you with all comfort you can wish for a wonderful stay, the kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine and dishwasher, oven and stove, microwave, coffee machine, waterboiler, toaster, etc. The whole apartment. We always welcome our guests personably and are available to help and give any necessary information! We truly wish our guests to have a wonderful stay and are proud to be able to contribute. The property is located just 600 meters away from the famous Praça do Comércio. The area is home to monuments, museums, and restaurants. Walk along the river Tejo nearby and settle in to one of its many cafes. The metro station (Baixa/Chiado) is just 800m away and you have the public elevators (50 m away from our apartment. Supermarket and Public Parking is just around the corner, so are many restaurants, cafes and sightseeing venues, nevertheless it is a little quiet street where our apartment is located. A perfect spot for a wonderful stay!

A casa está situada a 700 m da praia num bairro residencial sossegado. Tem uma grande varanda sobre o vale em frente e com vista para o mar. No piso inferior encontra-se a sala de estar com 40 m2 com lareira, um quarto com casa de banho e uma cozinha. No piso superior um quarto em suite com casa de banho, um segundo quarto com 2 camas e um terceiro quarto com uma cama individual e outra cama por baixo da primeira. Os dois últimos quartos dispõem de uma casa de banho comum. O jardim é vedado A casa tem um abrigo para um carro e há sempre lugares para parqueamento grátis na rua. O meu espaço é bom para famílias (com crianças). Em alternativa existe um cofre para recolha das chaves A casa situa-se numa colina verdejante e sossegada, numa das zonas mais elegantes do Estoril, a 10 minutos a pé da praia.
