Come enjoy this cozy home on the back waters of the Pamlico Sound. This classic cottage built in 1848 is full of character and comfort. Nestled on an acre of land, this private home provides the perfect setting to relax and escape. Fish off the dock, walk through the back yard in the high grass and cast your line or drop a crab pot. Listen to the birds from the screened back porch. Use the canoe to get yourself to the mouth of the sound in no time. Lastly, the sunsets are amazing!

Escape to our beautiful Marina, where you can relax and unwind in one of our four cozy units. These are perfect for solo travelers, couples, or a small group of friends visiting Belhaven. Each unit features an efficient layout that maximizes space without sacrificing comfort. You'll love the warm and inviting atmosphere. Step outside and find our Marina with free boat ramp access for our guest that leads to Pungo River. Early Native identified it as “matcha punga” or the “river of many fish.

Cozy cabin nestled on the edge of Lake Mattummuskeet. This newly constructed cabin blends in seamlessly with the surrounding trees. Large covered back deck provides a tranquil escape and endless water views. Whether you are an advent bird watcher, or drawn to be on the water there is an activity for all. The large spacious interior comfortably sleeps a group of 2 or as many as 10. Outdoor dining with gas grill and roomy decks. Reconnect with nature and disconnect from the world for a while.
