This apartment features a new kitchen and bathroom, a bright dining area, and a living room that easily transforms into a second bedroom. It has the main bedroom and a home office upstairs. Also a lovely balcony and a walk-in closet. It takes 2 min to the train station, taking you to Grand Central Station in 11 min.

On the ground floor lives the downstairs neighbor. Clothing storage is a bit limited.
