We are situated 1 hour drive from Hobart, on the Huon River Estuary. The ambience of the property is a secluded, rural, actual waterfront acreage. Guests may enjoy the pebble beach and rock pools together with the private jetty for fishing. We have a secure fenced area adjacent to the chalet suitable for well-behaved pets. Kick back and relax in one of three architecturally designed cabins in Tasmania’s Huon Valley. Created to inspire guests to disconnect from their everyday reality and surround themselves with a space in nature to take a deep breath. Many pieces within the cabins are handcrafted by local artists and furniture makers around the Huon Valley. Guests will be provided with local food and a bottle wine for the first night of your stay.

STUDIO APARTMENT- Yellow Door is a spacious self-contained North facing studio apartment, with a private lounge, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. The Studio sits within a beautiful 30 acre rural block and offers wonderful mountain and valley views from both your lounge and bedroom windows, just 40 minutes from Hobart and located a short 8 minute drive from Cygnet. Please be aware we are not located on Bruny Island.
