Come and see our cabin nestled in a secluded location that is within close proximity to recreational activities and restaurants that will surely please a couple or an entire family. You can enjoy horseback riding trails nearby, hiking trails, golf courses, local parks, and fine dining or a cozy campfire in the evenings to end your day with story-telling and laughter that will last for many years. There is excellent cellphone service, and centrally located between Charleston and Huntington, WV.

The Cozy Cabin

Our "Cozy Cabin" getaway is located in a peaceful country setting. A creek & hillside is located behind the cabin. Relax on our 2 porches and enjoy the view of our field with horses grazing and deer passing thru. There is a fire pit, gas grill & small shelter house with swing for your outside enjoyment. All the amenities for a relaxing stay close to Yatesville Lake (18 miles), Rush Off-Road Park (13 miles) & Giovanni's Pizza (5 miles). Tristate area KY/WV/OH can be in all within 30 minutes.

Private country setting, located next to Greenbo Lake State Park, where you can take advantage of many outdoor activities including hiking, boating, fishing and swimming. Nestled on 4 wooded acres along Pond Creek, this one of a kind cabin will certainly be a unique experience. Walls of windows blur the lines between inside and out, connecting you with nature in every room. The house is very open, with rooms winding around the central stone fireplace with varying levels. The kitchen is stocked with supplies for preparing your own meals, but downtown Portsmouth restaurants are just 10 minutes away. Outside are patios for relaxing and woods for walking.

Private cabin located in campground close to bathhouse. A/C and electric fireplace. Porch swing, fire ring, & picnic table for your outside enjoyment. Queen size bed with full size bed in loft overhead. Microwave & small refrigerator. Dining table with 3 benches. Comfortable sitting chair with footstool. Fishing included in our 12-acre lake. Walking path runs the length of the campground. Bring bed linens (sleeping bag or blanket/sheet) & pillow, bath linens (towels/washcloths).

Wilderness Luxury Cabin

Peace and quite await you at Farver Acres. Opening November 2024, these new cabins feature wrap around decks, large gas grill, outdoor gas fire pit on deck and deck furniture. On the inside, you'll find radiant floor heating, individual room controlled air conditioning, a full kitchen featuring hickory cabinets, granite countertops including a dishwasher. You will also find two king size beds in private bedrooms, a sleeper loveseat, full size bathroom and a full size washer and dryer!

Cozy and Private - Long Bottom Cabin

The perfect peaceful family getaway! Experience the beautiful hills of Kentucky. Enjoy listening to the birds especially the Whippoorwills. Roast hotdogs and S’mores on the fire while gazing at the stars. You may experience some wild life, too! Private and quiet. Traveling US 23 or I64? Nestled in the trees high above the water, the Overlook Cabin offers a peaceful, comfortable, and intimate experience of the Ohio River, with a large riverfront window, 8x12ft deck, & jacuzzi bath. The 12x40ft space has a queen, 2 twins, another bed in the loft, and a couch, and would be great for families, hunters, or couples. Local coffee provided. Owners live onsite should any issues arise. Pet friendly. Free wi-fi available.

This is a beautiful rustic hunting theme cabin! The cabin was newly built in the summer of 2016! The cabin is located minutes away from 11,000 acres of public hunting and fishing(Crown City Wildlife Area)! Whatever your trip we will help make your stay memorable! Absolutely NO PETS ALLOWED! NO ACCEPTIONS! If a pet is brought to the residence I will charge extra fees and ask you to remove the pet.
