Enjoy this this light and airy home with spectacular sunset & water views. 5 minute drive to private beach. Oversized deck and 2 porches all with water views. Located in idyllic, historic Cold Spring Harbor. Explore the green belt with access from rear yard. Walk to shopping, restaurants, live music, fishing or picnic in the local park. Sip a glass wine & enjoy the beautiful sunsets from the expansive deck with firepit. Upstairs loft bedroom has a fireplace & private deck w/ water view.

Little, cozy place near beach for a couple.

It's quiet and cozy here. The yard is completely fenced with tall living shrubs, flowers, and trees. There's a gas grill, a fire pit, and a place to dine under an umbrella in the garden. I rent out a separate half of the house to guests: one bedroom, a small kitchen combined with a hallway. Peace and quiet reign here. You won't be disturbed. Sometimes I go into my half of the house, but very rarely. There are no other guests on the property, just you. I don't charge extra for pets. Parking free.

Gem by the water+ firepit and all fenced backyard

Living/dining room area: dining set for 4; queen sofa bed, Cable TV and closet. Wifi is available! no pets policy!
