Each bedroom includes private bath with shower and 2 have tubs. Master BR has private patio with great views. "Elderly friendly" with easy access. This condo is a newly renovated 2 bedroom and 2 bath suite within a 4-plex that is located only a block and a half away from Huntington Beach! Watching golden hour unfold sitting on the condo's wraparound deck inspired us and is why we've dubbed this condo the Endless Sunset. The kitchen is fully stocked but the condo is only a short drive away from many of the local's favorite restaurants like Simmzy's, or Pacific Hideaway! Phuoc Loc Tho is only 8.1 miles away! Sun bathe on the deck in the Summer, catch some waves, rinse off in our outdoor shower, stroll along the shore at sunset, and enjoy barbecuing on the patio. We have Spectrum Cable, WiFi, Bluetooth Soundbar, heat and AC in each room, 1 parking spot and free street parking. *Note: during Winter months, the city builds a sand berm front of homes.
