Although it is an apartment on the ground floor of my house, you will have your privacy with a separate entrance off of the driveway which is for guest use during the stay.

One bedroom with a queen bed, spacious living room with a futon, bathroom, and kitchenette with dining area. This arrangement is very much like a 2 family home and this is the lower level. We recently installed security cameras on the OUTSIDE. If this is a problem for you please let us know asap.
