Riverfront property on approximately two acres of land with a private patio on the beautiful Guadalupe River, and a charming rustic country cabin up the hill a bit (one minute by car, five minutes walking). Two private bedrooms, plus two sets of bunk beds in open living room area (total four twin beds), plus brand-new queen sofa bed in one of the two bedrooms - can sleep 8-10 guests comfortably with total of 8 beds. Pet friendly - we love dogs (and all animals) and welcome your fur babies!

Long term stays incur a $100 cleaning every two weeks.

Private cabin in the heart of the Hill Country. Built by our father in his early twenties, its known by long time guests as John's Cabin. We wanted to share this property and all its magic with anyone who genuinely appreciates the outdoors. So please enjoy a stay in a natural setting with a catch and release fishing pond, indoor/ outdoor fireplace, and all the quiet one can ask for. Sip your morning coffee to the sounds of wildlife just a few minutes away from downtown Fredericksburg.

Spring Hill Country Sunsets

Located 4 miles west of Interstate 10 near Mountain Home, TX, the cottage is decorated in the southwest style and has great view. Sunsets are magical and on full display. Two full baths have walk in showers. Living area is spacious with tv and WIFI Kitchen is fully equipped and offers a Keurig coffee maker. The covered deck is great for morning coffee to watch birds, black buck antelope, White Tail and Axis deer. A dedicated fire pit with outdoor seating. Enjoy sunsets and stars.

The Leaf Treehouse (~300sqft) is perched among sturdy live oaks on our slice of Texas heaven just ten minutes from Main Street Fredericksburg. Its cozy and stylish interior includes a king bed with organic cotton sheets, a thoughtfully stocked kitchenette, a full bathroom with a rain shower, a padded reading nook with a round window, and an outdoor bathtub on the upper deck. Our Little Rock House is cozy and comfortable, with beautiful scenic views of the Hill Country. We have breathtaking sunsets year around. You can enjoy the view and the wildlife while sitting next to a hand-carved rock fire pit. The back patio is perfect for your morning coffee or taking in the view in the evening under the string lights. The house has a fully furnished kitchen with a gas stove and wood burning fireplace. Please, no children under 12 years old.

Spotted Sheep Farms is located on 8 private acres and features two separate properties. The Villa at Spotted Sheep Farms, an Italian style 1,800 square foot home with beautiful finishes and a luxurious huge master suite. The property is home to animals and wild life including alpacas, miniature donkeys, and of course, spotted sheep! It’s perfect for a getaway, relaxing, enjoying some of Texas' best wineries, Fredericksburg shopping and the quiet evening in the hot tub.
