Very nice garage apt behind our home on .75 acre in upscale neighborhood. 8 min from Royse city Tx. 18min from Rockwall tx and 12 min from from Greenville tx. You will be staying in a safe gated private property. The apt is upstairs above a double garage were we the host live on property. We have a fenced area for a dog if you bring one with you. We have sound proof the apt upstairs from our downstairs apt we use ourselves.

At the back of the property, there is NO lake access, but there is a wonderful lake view and an inlet from the lake. NO pets allowed. If a pet is brought onto the property there will be a $200 fee.

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. The brand-new Bass Lodge is spacious and feels like home. It can sleep seven people comfortably and it’s right on the edge of the water. Enjoy the outside cooking space with fire pit and barbecue grill and stairs going down to a dock for immediate water access. The inside boasts of a full kitchen and wonderful waterfall shower. Lots of fishing to be done or just lounge around and watch our 55-inch smart TV.

You can fish, relax, or explore! All the amenities of a luxurious hotel suite, away from the hustle and bustle of the big city, but just 15 minutes from Commerce, TX. Of which, has everything that you may need including a quaint small town coffee shop, nice selection of restaurants, and stores.

We have backyard chickens, so fresh eggs are always available to you. Inside we have a full kitchen with a gas range, cozy living room and TV, a large office space, and a relaxing bedroom.
