The place is geographically central to all of the Canberra's attractions and most of the Governemt offices, just 10 minutes to the city, Belconnen, Barton, Kingston and Woden. Public transport available from top of the road. Street parking available.

The hospital is less than a km away. In 2019, I transformed an empty space into a spacious, comfortable unit providing all you need for a seamless stay. It has a large kitchen with centre island bench, and a lounge/dining area opening onto a sunny courtyard. It’s perfect for short or long stays.

Directly adjacent to the showground our very private, spacious, uncluttered, clean flat has 2 private courtyards in which to follow sun /shade and cook a BBQ. This self-contained flat is in a lovely quiet location in Tuggeranong. It is fully furnished with a kitchen and all the things you need to have a relaxing stay. It is a well-designed property to take advantage of the seasons. It will be warm in winter if the curtains are kept open during the day and cools down lovely in summer if you open it up at dusk to let the fresh breeze in that arrives in Canberra then. We provide linen, towels, and soaps.
