Only 1 minute walk to the beach. 1 minute drive to Shelly park school and 3 minutes drive to Cockle bay school. This house is located in one of the best location in Eastern Auckland. Surrounded by beach. The living room has 180° sea view and a huge deck with outdoor sofa. Both TV in living room and master bedroom has Netflix membership.

Two bedroom unit with own lounge

My place is a 2 bedroom with queen bed in each room. Self contained with lounge and own bathroom. The BNB is downstairs in my family home. There is no kitchen in the bnb, only kettle, toaster, microwave and coffee machine. The laundry, I use when quests are not home. Close to restaurants, dining and the beach. You’ll love my place, the outdoors , and the quiet neighbourhood. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families, off street parking for the car.

The apartment is well appointed and ideal for travellers or visiting family. Our apartment is quiet and private and is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families .

Very close to Sylvia Park , Pakuranga Shopping Centre , Botany Shopping Centre and Half Moon Bay Marina for the Ferry to Auckland City or Waiheke Island.
