Only a 5-minute drive from the ferry terminal and close to all the amenities. There are many trails and secluded beaches within a ten-minute walk. Private suite inside of a 3 storey house located within walking distance of the Langdale Ferry Terminal. In the lovely town of Gibsons, it is only a 40 min ferry ride from West Vancouver. Eagle Cliff is on the east side of Bowen Island facing north shore mountains and Horseshoe Bay. Our home is a 7-minute drive from Snug Cove towards Hood Point and is situated 80 feet above the waters edge. We are on the 281 bus route. Walking trails interlace the community with access to the beach close by. Relaxing, beautiful views of nature, and many eagles from this suite. BIM license # 0449
