Die Ferienwohnung " La Pergola" ist in einer sehr ruhigen Straße im Herzen des historischen Zentrums von Florenz, zwischen der Piazza Duomo und der Piazza Santa Croce , sowohl zu Fuß erreichbar in 5 Minuten. Der Bahnhof von Santa Maria Novella ist eine 10/15 min. Die Lage ist sehr günstig, um von den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten und Kulturdenkmäler und Museen zu gehen. Die Unterkunft befindet sich im 1. Stock eines eleganten , kleinen Gebäude und wurde komplett im Jahr 2013 renoviert. Es läuft auf zwei Etagen und verfügt im Erdgeschoss über ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch und einen LCD- TV, eine voll ausgestattete Küchenzeile, komplett mit Geräten (inkl. Geschirrspüler und Induktionskochfeld ) , Essbereich und einer gemütlichen Badezimmer mit Dusche und Waschmaschine / Trockner. Das Wohnzimmer führt zu einem zweiten Raum mit einem doppelbett und einem großen Schrank ausgestattet. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich das Schlafzimmer und ein zweites Bad . Die Wohnung hat Zentralheizung und Kühl Fußbodenheizung , die eine optimale Temperatur im Winter und im Sommer ermöglicht .
