Several footpaths are nearby, leading to pubs, gardens, and a hotel with a new spa. Nearby Horsham offers everything to be expected from a pretty English market town. Brighton is 20 minutes by car. Since the property is in rural Sussex, it is best to have a car at one’s disposal. However, short distances to venues such as Leonardslee and South Lodge can easily be reached on foot or by a 5-minute taxi ride.

The SHED is ideally located in the beautiful West Sussex countryside just outside the South Downs National Park and a short drive from the coastThere are lovely walking and cycling routes straight from the door. We are well situated for trips to Goodwood ,Fontwell and Cowdray Park.The towns of Guildford,Brighton ,Chichester,Arundel and Petworth are all nearby. Well behaved dogs are welcome on leads as there is no fenced area. A travel cot for babies is available.but bedding not provided

The attached cottage is set in 12 1/2 beautiful acres of peaceful Sussex countryside. There is a private drive with space for 2 vehicles. It has a fully equipped kitchen with a large oak table. The cosy lounge has ample seating, including a sofa bed, wood burner and TV. There are two double bedrooms. It has a fenced garden with ample seating , a BBQ, and Hot Tub (seasonal charges apply). The cottage also provides spectacular views of the extended gardens, woods and paddocks.

The best things come in small packages.....our cosy annex is part of our home, but is completely private and self-contained with its own entrance. "The Little Annex" is completely self-contained with private access, a kitchenette, work space, double (4' 6") bed, en-suite shower room (with modern digital shower), fast wifi, and driveway parking. Beautiful barn, perfect for walkers, also great as a comfortable and spacious base for exploring the local countryside. Local cultural attractions include Glyndebourne, Drusilla's Park, South Downs Way. This spacious artist's home is located right on the South Downs Way, and it is only about an hour and a half walk to the coast at Exceat. There is a tree house for kids, a couple of swing seats for chilling out on, and the Cuckmere runs through the bottom of the garden.

It is full of gorgeous bespoke detailing, for example the entrance to the cabin is inspired by a sea cave in Cornwall. It's secret location is like another world, up on a bank above a winding stream in the dappled light of old oak trees. The air is full of bird song and deer run freely all around.
