The Beach House, West Wittering Beach. An airy, bright home, shares a garden with the main house, sitting directly on the beach. A perfect getaway, an hour and a half from London. Stay in our lovely bright studio annexe, in the grounds of our house on the outskirts of Billingshurst. Ideally situated to explore West Sussex we are close to Petworth, Parham House, Arundel and the South Downs National Park. The Studio has a comfortable King size bed, seating area, kitchen with 2 ring hob, microwave, fridge, Nespresso machine and a fully fitted bathroom. There is also a freeview TV and Wifi. The Studio is independent of the main property and has its own parking space.

You're welcome to launch your Kayak/SUP straight onto the Arun from the bottom of our garden (please just let us know if you plan to). The kitchen comes equipped with a fridge, oven/hob, microwave, toaster and kettle. We provide cereals, milk, tea & coffee.

The Summer House

The Summer House is separate and self-contained, with self-catering facilities and local amenities nearby. The property can sleep up to five guests and has a private patio overlooking extensive gardens. The area is in an ideal staycation location for walking and cycling.
