Across the river is Conservation Land so you will hear lots of birds, crickets, owls, and frogs. If your lucky you may even spot deer, wild boar, bobcats, otter, gators or manatee. This is a natural "Old Florida " environment complete with critters and bugs. Bug spray is recommended when outdoors in the warmer months.

The Bunk House

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the front porch. The Bunk House is located in the barn, set behind the main house. The kitchen offers a compact fridge/freezer, stove/oven with utensils. Including a Keurig and coffee. The bedroom has a queen size bed and small closet. AC/Heat mini split is located in the bedroom. We are about three miles up the coast from Keaton Beach. Known for scalloping! Three open bays for your vehicles. Boat launch one block away. Beautiful sunsets, stargazing, birding, reading, fishing and scalloping during the season.
