Use of washer, dryer, and kitchen available downstairs by appointment for additional fees. Games, books, baby gate, extra beds, bedding, additional toiletries etc, are available on request.

Dish tv. hot tub Gas grill and a firepit. Located on our own 12 wooded acres. Guests are more than welcome to enjoy a hike in our woods to enjoy the nature. Innisfree Farms' "Big Tiny" has full size comforts and a beautiful setting on our 70 acre farm. Get back to nature without giving up hot showers and A/C. The perfect countryside place to unplug (though TV and WiFi are available), cook out and relax by the fire. A combination of a rustic natural setting and your well-earned comforts. This tiny house has moved to a lakeside spot on our smaller pond -- AWD or 4WD vehicles will be needed in winter in the event of significant snow!

Close to everything in the Steubenville-Weirton area, including Franciscan University of Steubenville, hospitals in Steubenville and Weirton and The Pavilion at Star Lake amphitheater. The Guest House at Wild Sycamore Farm is just 15 minutes from Steubenville, Ohio (about 20 from Franciscan University) and just an hour from Pittsburgh. This is a working homestead! The guest house offers privacy and seclusion while still giving you views of our land, animals on pasture, woodlands, and gardens.

Sugar Shack Inn

Newly rebuilt cabin/house located in Edgewater Park, Piedmont lake is our neighbor, hunting is literally 25' away on Muskingum wildlife conservancy land. Lake is walking distance with public boat ramp a .5 mile away. Located in a culdesac which there is only one other cabin on this road, which is also owned by us. Great lake view and quiet.

The Loft

The Loft is located on our homestead, which was a fruit farm. The Loft is a three bedroom apartment set above a storage garage. There is a beautiful picnic area with a fire pit and plenty of room to relax. We hope you will have a pleasant stay at the Loft. You will find it fully furnished and ready for a "home away from home"
