Located on beautiful Damariscotta Lake, "Loon Lodge" is a rustic cabin from another era. Fall asleep to the sound of crickets and frogs and wake every morning to the call of the lake's many loons. The cabin is 30 minutes from Augusta and 15 minutes from Damariscotta. Hiking enthusiasts will enjoy climbing the Camden Hills-a quick 45 minute drive from the lake. You’ll love my place because of the views, the ambiance, the people, and the location. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers.

Oddfellows Hall-Second Floor

Once home to the Order of the Odfellows in the late 1800's this recently renovated luxurious loft apartment over looks Center Harbor in the quaint town of Brooklin. The large room measures 40’ by 50’ with 11’ ceilings and is an extraordinary family retreat. The dining table seats 12, and a kitchen is full stocked with a vintage gas stove. Room with a Brew

Welcome to our new building. "A Room With a Brew" is located above Belfast's newest craft brewery, Frosty Bottom Brewing. A small community supported brewery open 2 days/week for 3-4 hours for beer share members. Guests can request a tour of the brewery and sample some fresh beer. Owners live in downtown Belfast and are available should any issues arise during your stay. The apartment/brewery is located 3 miles from downtown on a quiet road that offers local hiking and biking.

SILVER MOON, a Yurt for All Seasons

Silver Moon at The Appleton Retreat is quite private, check out the Trail Map. This contemporary yurt features a private therapeutic hot tub on the wrap around deck, a fire pit, and fast wifi. Silver Moon is located in a wooded area close to a bog that attracts a variety of wildlife. The Appleton Retreat encompasses 120 acres hosting six unique retreats. To the south is the Pettengill Stream, a resource protected area. To the north is the Nature Conservancy's 1300 acre reserve.

The Barn

I call my place "The Barn" because as I was finishing it it took the shape and feel of a barn. It's not a barn. It's a quiet post and beam open concept building (a Jamaica Cottages kit) set among the fields of Appleton, Maine. You'll sleep in the loft or on a futon on the main floor. The bathroom is huge, 10X10, with a heated floor. It's an open concept kitchen and living space. From Appleton you are 20 miles away from the tourist destinations of Camden, Rockland, and Belfast.

This home is in a country setting on Hatchet Mountain in Hope near the beautiful Maine coast and about 8 miles from Camden. About a mile from our home, is Hobbs Pond (2 miles long!) with public access for swimming, boating and kayaking. Hiking trails surround us, too! Beaver Lodge, a favorite spot for weddings and other family events, is also nearby. This listing has an exemption for all animals. For safety reasons, it may not be suitable for young children.

A perfect place to use as your base for exploring Midcoast Maine. We are 8 miles from Camden or Rockland. 34 miles from Boothbay Harbor and 90 miles from Bar Harbor. This is your home away from home. A fully stocked kitchen, ready for meals after a long day of exploring. We have 1.5 baths, a washer and dryer and three Smart Tv’s. This 1700 sq foot warehouse loft has central air conditioning, two bedrooms and a large living space.
