It has a shared dock w/ 4 kayaks and 2 paddle boards.

Includes bedroom with view of marina, separate entrance, deck, bath, office space, and living room with full-size fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and coffee pot. Laundry with arrangement. Quiet neighborhood so please be respectful with noise.

(30 min. drive) or 10 min. to Kingston ferries (walk-on or car). Near beach, golf (White Horse GC) & miles of hiking/biking trails, close to shopping & restaurants. Good for couples/singles.
