Come back to your space and cool off in our large pool while grilling and chilling with the family. The pool is equipped with a safety gate and floatation buoy for the safety of your small children. In walking distance is Sassa Style Rentals where you can rent golf carts, kayaks, boats and more.

Relaxing water view retreat. Our River House is located in a nature's paradise, and is an animal free property due to the owner’s and their families severe allergies. We are just 5 minutes from enjoying everything that Homosassa has to offer. We are off a canal that leads to a nature reserve and is about 3 miles to Monkey Island. Canoes are on property so you can explore the unobserved beauty of the river. Skiffs smaller than 17ft are best to dock in our canal that leads to the river.

This home built in 2019 is one of the most recognizable homes in Old Homosassa. Across from the well known and often photographed twin roosters on Mason Creek this home is located within private protected nature preserve and wetland management land. With three bedrooms, two bathrooms, full kitchen, laundry area, second floor deck and game room. The property has three separate rentable spaces. The house, the loft and the studio. Booked together the property can host a total of 16 guests.

Relax with family and friends at this beautiful property. Enjoy kayaking right from the dock on the property. There is a lovely covered patio where you can enjoy meals cooked in the fully stocked kitchen. There are two bedrooms that are both en-suite. For additional sleeping there is a sleeper sofa in the lounge. We will accommodate Dogs (up to two) but NO CATS... Owner is highly allergic. There is a $75 additional pet fee per stay.

You can bring your boat and park it on our dock. Great fire pit for nights. Large screened in patio with a gen-air bar B que. TVs in all the rooms. Great layout and upscale furniture. We live in this home most of the time and when we are gone we rent the complete home.

Come relax at the wooded half acer river side house! Boat ramp and private dock as well as kayaks available for use on property. Fully loaded laundry room, fully equipped kitchen. Spacious wood deck perfect for grilling what ever you’re catching off the dock side. Rained in? No problem just stay comfy in king size suite. Whether your boating, fishing , nature gazing or retreating were definitely the spot to fulfill your vacation needs.
