The property has a screened lanai room, large BBQ patio, screened boathouse with a cleaning station on the dock with sink, ICE MACHINE, and open patio. Huge boat tie-up area. Truly a fisherman's paradise. You can fish right off the dock. Close to everything!!!! BOATLIFT IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR GUESTS.

Angie's Acre is found in a wooded area of single family homes where Florida's Nature Coast really begins! Miles of walking roads run through the area. Located 5 miles from the Chasshowitzka boat ramp it offers an undisturbed woodland hideaway. 10 miles south is world famous Weeki Wachee Springs. To the north are Homosassa and Crystal River where fishing and boating is second nature. Boat parking available on site. Make yourself at home and enjoy the fenced wooded acre. Pets welcome!

Relaxing water view retreat. Our River House is located in a nature's paradise, and is an animal free property due to the owner’s and their families severe allergies. We are just 5 minutes from enjoying everything that Homosassa has to offer. We are off a canal that leads to a nature reserve and is about 3 miles to Monkey Island. Canoes are on property so you can explore the unobserved beauty of the river. Skiffs smaller than 17ft are best to dock in our canal that leads to the river.

You’ll love Weeki Wachee and the freshwater spring that feeds seventy two degree water year round. This house has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 12!

Peaceful, pet-free 4/3 family getaway or work retreat on the a quiet part of the Rainbow River. Nestled in nature but minutes from restaurants, grocery and antique stores. Relax on the dock, expansive deck, screened porches or around a camp fire. Abundant outdoor activities including tubing, paddling, fishing, snorkeling, biking, etc. Pls note, 10 people max. For parties of 7+, there is a fee to unlock the 4th bedroom. No pets, no smoking, no parties or events.

Mermaid Life, Sleeps 6 W/ Gulf Access and 6 kayaks

Do you want to kayak and explore, if so, this is the house for you. You can kayak Mud River, Little Salt Creek Spring, and the Weeki Wachee River. Have the best of all worlds. There's so much to see here with the manatees and dolphins swimming by or the eagles and other wildlife flying above your head. This is old Florida at its best. Kayak the Weeki Wachee River and come back to the house for a quiet night around the fire pit playing a game of corn hole.

Upon arrival read the local information guide I have written and start enjoying the “Nature Coast” of Florida. It is essential to read this to get the most from your trip. Use my kayaks and paddle over the manatees in Crystal River, fish the gulf for saltwater or freshwater fishing at Lake Rousseau, and take a leisurely paddle down the Rainbow River in Dunnellon. Kayaks are on a trailer that has a 1 7/8-inch ball.
