It's walking distance to the Jack Gist baseball fields and disc golf course. The apartment sleeps up to 10 in two bedrooms. One room holds a queen bed, while the other has two bunk beds - XL fulls over queens. This property has a full kitchen, two full bathrooms, and a washer/dryer in the unit. We provide an economical option for visitors that want to enjoy all Homer has.

Our lower unit is a beautiful apt with stunning view on Katchemak Bay right from windows or yard. Private gardens, lower deck. Located about a 1/2 mile from the Bishop Beach area, 2 miles to the Spit and all the ocean activities you can imagine.A full kitchen for those who want to cook their catch or restaurants nearby that are outstanding. We have a freezer that you can store your catch in, but check with me on freeze space. Well behaved dogs welcome. Poo bad provided. NO SMOKING ON PROPERTY

The Lookout Apartment . This place is a little slice of Heaven it has sweeping views of outer Kachemak Bay and Kenai Mnts. and 3 major Volcanoes across Cook Inlet. It can accommodate up to 4 -6 singles or 2 couples and is close to Down town and the Harbor, 5 minute drive to town or 15 minute drive "honestly" to the Homer Spit and Harbor. The Lookout Apt makes a great home base you can go anywhere on the Kenai Pennisula in 3 hrs. from here, make sure to check out are week long discount.

Welcome to beautiful Homer! We have our "Eagle's Nest" 3 bedroom apartment with dramatic views of Kachemak Bay, glaciers & snow capped mountains year round. The entry level has a fully furnished kitchen-dining-living area & full bath. The dining table seats up to 8 people, and TV and DVD player. Two spacious bedrooms, each with a queen bed, closets and dressers. Upstairs is a large loft with additional sleeping, two full size beds and TV and DVD player. Located 5.2 miles east of Homer.
