Tughall Steads is a former coastal farm steading surrounded by countryside. Ideal for a relaxing break, a base for walking and exploring the wonderful Northumbrian Coastline, family holiday or romantic weekend!Cowslip is perfectly located to explore the popular Seahouses, Bamburgh, and Alnwick, but lovely to come back to the tranquility and kick back and enjoy!

Clock House Cottage is located in former the grounds of Middleton Hall Estate. Just a few minutes drive from some of Northumberland’s most beautiful coastal sights as well as the Northumberland National Park and the Cheviot Hills. The cottage has been lovingly refurbished to a high standard. Ideally suited to couples or small family looking for peace and quiet away from the main tourist towns. Located in a former stable court yard with its own private garden with covered terrace to enjoy.

The Sanctuary. Sleeps 1 or 2 self catering.

The Sanctuary, is a secluded self catering cabin set in a private walled garden, ideal for anyone who wants to get away and retreat for a while. There is a private access to the cabin through the garden gate. The garden is shared with the owners and 3 friendly dogs. The cabin is fitted out for use of one person or two people sharing (a single or twin). It has an on-suite shower and toilet, and a kitchenette fully equipped. The cabin has emergency lighting and USB charging points.

You’ll love Greenloaning Cottage because it is comfortable, clean and cosy. Situated on the edge of a lovely Borders village close to all that the Scottish Borders has to offer. A large and pretty garden perfect to relax in and enjoy the wildlife, and children or pets to let off steam. A short stroll from a family friendly sandy beach and promenade, Coble Cottage is the perfect base for a stay in Berwick-upon-tweed. Situated in Spittal, this cosy, stone built cottage is perfectly placed to get easy access to both the town centre with historic Elizabethan walls, bars, restaurants and art galleries (30 min walk or short bus ride) and the beach (only a few minutes walk) or exploring Northumberland, the Cheviots, Holy Island and Scottish Border villages.

This beautifully presented, semi-detached dog friendly holiday cottage is in an excellent position to visit all the places, scenery and activities Northumberland has to offer. the cottage is sat in between Newcastle and Edinburgh. The friendly small village of Belford/Chatton are around 4 miles away, where there are local facilities including a Co-op, local store, pubs and restaurants.

Beblowe offers you the chance to unwind and enjoy the magic of Holy Island which is cut off from the mainland twice a day by the tides giving you a true sense of escapism. The cottage is blessed with wonderful views and is bathed in morning light. For colder months my home is cosy with central heating and a wood burning stove; perfect to relax in front of after exploring the island .

The Annex is a 260yr old listed building originally a tiny hay barn, recently renovated to a high standard that provides our guests with a comfortable stay with light breakfast included and is perfect for that well deserved break. Please note this is adults only. Because of size of Annex. WE CANT ACCEPT LARGE DOGS. unfortunately there isn’t enough room.
